Staying well-hydrated is important as this water that you drink goes into your blood helping to carry oxygen and nutrients around your body to where they are needed by the cells of your body, assists your brain cells to function so you don’t experience headaches, keep your bowel movements regular so you don’t become constipated and minimises the amount of uric acid in your blood stream which can go in to your joints resulting in a painful form of arthritis known as gout. Download a copy of the hydration chart to use as a guide for tracking your hydration. You may like to head over to the Life Hacks shop to purchase your own hydration tracker which sticks to the outside of your water bottle where it will blink at you to remind you to drink when you have not had a drink for a while.
